I love the italian Food :p

Hello people today I would like to write about my favorite food, because since I have memory its the most consumed in my life. the name of the food plate its: spaghetti with sauce alfredo`s and I tell you why..
. its because the flavor its so intense and I love the cream and the ham mixed wih the spaghetti, also if you want , you could add parmesan cheese giving him more creaminess.

    The process to make pasta with sauce alfredo its very simple

step one:

1- you need to put the spaghetti in a coocking pot with hot water

2- while the spaghetti`s are in the coocking pot. with a skillet you can made the sauce with cream and if you want you can add chicken and garlic

3- when the spaghetti`s are already finish and the sauce too, you mix them in a pot.

4- Enjoy your food!....

Other reason beacue I really like the spaghetti is because my grandmother is italian so when I was I child my grandmother used to coock for me diferents kind to italian foods. and my favorite always was the spagetthi.

Now if you eat much spaghetti, also have a bad side, because pasta have a lot of  carbohydrates and fats, being bad to eat it frequenlty. and more if you consumed with cream!.
